Young people are more religious than the previous generation:
In difficult times, young people remember God more than the elderly. From worship-recitation, the period of vows and supplications begins. The Church of England survey has revealed that the tendency towards meditation and spirituality in the younger generation has increased more than the previous generation, due to which they have become more faithful.
18 to 34 year olds more religious
In this survey, research has been done among people aged 18 to 34 years and over 55 years on their attitude towards God in the last one month. It was found that a third of people aged 18 to 34, or about 33%, prayed in religious places in the last month, while only 25% of people above 55 years of age came to pray.
The Sawanta Comeres survey revealed that 56% of youth have prayed to God at some point in time, while only 41% of those over 55 years of age admitted to praying. The Most Rev Stephen Cottrell, Archbishop of York, said there was uncertainty all around.
